A large security fence keeps people out of the area. There are always sections that you can watch through though. I loved the way the sign could be seen against the backdrop of the demolition and the placement of the lock.(something slightly less arty tomorrow.)

Not much longer and the central librabry will just be a hole in the ground. Staying in this area tomorrow but with something a little more ‘arty’!

One of the worst aspects of the demolition process is the amount of ‘rats with wings’ that are in the area. I was sitting watching the demolition the other day,turned round and suddenly felt I was in an Alfred Hitchcock film! Horrible creatures.

A week of pictures from the same place. One of the uglyest buildings around,is nearly all down. More tomorrow.(Anybody expalin to me why the guy is watering the debris?)
