Alf, I bribed it with chips :)
Ash - I don’t think anyone could be bothered to carry a cone all the way up!!
Thanks Cassandra :)
Thanks Dave!
Heh Mrs K!
Mai - I’ve never ever seen one up there before. Maybe I just always look up at the wrong time :)
Lovely, who could have resisted, Beth? I’ve been trying to get a shot of our Hercules statue with a dove on its head, but they are faster than my camera. Similarly, only last week, there was one sitting on a pile of books outside a second-hand shop on main street. Looks great, so I stop in my tracks, take out my camera slooowly, turn around even slooooower. Dove looks at me. Even some of the tourists around stop to watch. Press power button. Lens cap goes ’sweeeesh’ - and off was the dove. Darn.
Beth, how on earth did you get that seagull to pose for you up there?
I think a much better look than a traffic cone, unless…….
Haha! I love it, it’s fab!
A bird’s eye view Beth - nice one!!
looks like a proper salt cellar now - ok its an old joke, but I still laugh at it.
its always there …
