The Hotspur has had a bit of a refit internally recently. I used to go in there for a lovely pint of Old Peculier on a regular basis. Seems to be full of computer scientists on a Friday night from Newcastle University. I know far too many of them, so go to the Bodega instead (which is full of um biologists from Newcastle University..)
Yeah Dan, the last thing you want is to be drinking with computer scientists ;) (and before anyone complains, that was just a joke, and I work in IT so am entitled to make it!)
Good pub though - haven’t seen the refit though.
@Dave - I should point out that I am actually both a computer scientist and a biologist, I wasn’t being mean to the techie types. It would be somewhat hypocritical :P
