I got this signpost shot on Northumberland yesterday while playing around with a new camera gadget: a door viewer! Just a simple spy hole from a hardware store held up to my lens manually! While I wish it made for clearer pictures, it definitely gives a fun spin to taking pictures! What do you guys think?

After many attempts, I’ve finally managed to get a shot of the Tyne from the Queen Elizabeth II Metro Bridge (those darn supports kept getting in the way!). I’ve seen plenty of shots from between the Tyne Bridge and the Millennium Bridge, so this is a refreshing new perspective for me! Please excuse the glare bits and the dirty spots on the window. We love our Metro, dirt and all!
