Hi Apple…my personal tutor …which tunnel leads to H2-0 class?
Loving this series, I have a photo of me as a very young looking student standing in front of this building :-)
the facade is lovely, wonderfully captured!
Arch rivals……….sybolic?
this seems to be a popular pic of the Univ. (cause I see it on all the school brochures). Do the other Univ. buildings resemble this one? I like the older brick look :o)
Nicole,
When I was there, my faculty building, was a huge concrete monstrosity called Claremont Tower. The red brick buildings all date back to when Newcastle University was Kings College, Durham. In the 1960s it became a university in its own right and lots more buildings were created then - including the concrete Claremont Tower and the bridge.
