July 13, 2010 - Leazes Arcade

I had no idea this building existed until early this year. It was built as a Jewish Synagogue in the early 20th century. In 1984 it was converted to a shopping arcade, but it was seriously damaged by fire five years later. It’s now student accommodation.

July 11, 2010 - Two picture Sunday - Weird graffiti on Pilgrim Street

I’ve noticed things in a similar style to this on Hood Street (just near Monument) and on Barras Bridge outside the Civic.

Weird, huh?

I guess it’s this guy.
