Has this piece always been there? If so how on earth have I never noticed it before a couple of weeks ago?

Does anyone know what it’s called or who it’s by?

September 8, 2010 - Flowers

More flowers outside St Thomas’ church and the Civic Centre.There are so many flowers in Newcastle.

If you look very closely you can see the Robinson Library (the Newcastle University Library) in the background.

I do miss the lego men - I’ve heard rumours as to where they are, I’ll have to investigate soon before they get moved! - but I like the castle railings too.
