Fleurtatious in Jesmond. I’ve never bought anything there, but the displays outside are always amazing when I walk past.

In all my time in newcastle, I only went to Jesmond once: to find somewhere that sold food. Our group of international flatmates walked to the teeny tesco metro from Sandyford. About two weeks later we found the gigantic Morrisons in Byker by going the opposite way of people carrying Morrisons carrier bags (heading where they were coming from).
I guess you could say I was there twice if you count the ten minutes we got dropped off at the wrong flat by the taxi place on the day we arrived.
Very nice. And probably a good idea to put them outside…gives off a good feeling.
What a sweet little shop. I love the name!!
Yes Cassandra - you weren’t well served for food shops there were you? Even Morrissons isn’t very close. I should open my very open supermarket round there!
Definitely Jacob!
Me too Kelly :)
Stuck my nose in there a few weeks back, and told the florists inside that I always took a deep breath of flowershop when I went past.
“That’s not the flowers, that’s me!” said one of the girls.
Great story Steve! Made me smile.
