Another beautiful site in Jesmond Dene. It really is difficlut to believe that this place is only a mile or so from the city centre.

August 15, 2007 - Lord Armstrong
We may as well carry on with the Jesmond Dene pictures this week. Lord Armstrong has an important part to play in Newcastle history.This is on a wall leading into the park next to a very good cafe(fantastic Lemon marangue pie if I remember correctly!!)

An ant’s eye view. This bridge straddles part of Jesmond Dean about a mile out of the city centre.Its very busy on a Sunday as they have a craft market here,with people selling art and photos,plus various nic-naks made by themselves.
