A clearer view of yesterdays post(of a post!) A few of you will remember a similar image from a few months ago but to those that havn’t seen it before the concrete is made to work like a carpet. Hence the whole area is called the ‘Blue Carpet’.

May 17, 2007 - Rocket launch!

I love the way the street/blue carpet opens up to any street furniture thats in the area. The title tells you what it reminds me of. A wider view tomorrow.

May 16, 2007 - Laing Gallery.

Looking to the right of yesterdays picture you can see the lovely Art gallery. The girl can still be see in the bottom left hand corner. To the left is Bewick court..the only block of flats in the city centre.
