I find it really sad in a way that these beautiful buildings are now used as Nightclubs and bars.Stll they are still stunning to look at.This one is on the corner of the Bigg Market and Mosley Street. This used to be the main area for banking and insurance and is now the busiest drinking street in Newcastle.

One of the most popular meeting places in town. Homemade food,and lovely coffee(and great looking staff!) I used a slow shutter speed on this to get the ‘ghost’ like movement in the people.

The quayside and its bridges do appear a lot in my photos,but it is such a great place to see. Here is an angle that you will only see if you are actually on the Tyne Bridge.

For any Americans that may be chuckling at the moment,In England,’fag’ is another word for cigarette! This is a sight we are going to be seeing more and more of as smoking indoors in public places becomes illegal in England,this summer. I can’t wait!
