August 11, 2008 - Herschel Building Mirror

The Herschel Building on the Newcastle Uni campus houses this fantastic mirror that when you stand back from it looks like you are upside down. When you get to a certain point, it flips you back over, much like a spoon.

The Herschel Building was named after William Herschel, the man who discovered the planet Uranus!

I love this mirror! The Percy building needs one, only harry potter style where we can see ourselves as authors :)

Tis cool indeed.

I’ve not been in the Percy building for years, painful memories, but I’d go in for a mirror like that Nicole :)
