There are 17 of these things dotted around the town and so far I have found 6! This one is in the stairwell,actually in the Baltic.(sorry for the quality on this photo)

Don’t worry too much about the image quality. I think photography is more than just technical excellence. If a photo has other worthwhile attributes, this one has an interesting composition, then it is worth publishing. Just think how much we could miss out on if we rejected otherwise valuable photos because of some small shortcoming in its quality. Of course, some software noise filtering can often improve such pictures.
