Dutchie and her husband,Robert were in Newcastle last week for a trip around the area on thier(slightly damaged)motorbike.We met for lunch at my favorite bar. Its great to meet other people from the DP ‘family’,and I have to say that they were wonderful company.Hopefully we have longer together next time.

ps Saw the movie “Goal!” The part set in Los Angeles is not exactly steeped in realism, though I’m sure the part set in Newcastle is exactly as things are there ;o). Shows the city off beautifully though.

Wow…Dutchie and Robert are very lucky! My fiance (Mel) and I visited Chris a month or two ago (from Singapore, no less!) and we had lunch at the same pub. I guess we aren’t as photogenic as Dutchie and Robert ;-)
