Four more days at the beach, and we’ll head inland. This beach features the most surfers, all clad in warm wetsuits, of course!

Cassandra I believe remembrance day is actually on 11.11.07 this year as it actually falls on a Sunday for a change.

Your photo brings back so many memories for a Geordie exiled in Yorkshire, from playing on this beach in the hight of summer, as a young lad, with a dear Uncle and Aunt, now sadly departed ; to thoughts of my cousin who lived nearby and would walk along the prom at midnight to clear his head as he studied hard for his medical exams, ( he went on to become a Professor ); to more recent visits to the wonderful local art shop on the prom, or the beachside cafe in the far distance, with the love of my life, Alice.
Cassandra, please be aware of the importance of the task you have volunteered for, in showing people from around the world the magic of your new home. ( P.S. I happen to love the U.S. as Alice has a brother there. and I can recommend so many wonderful places to visit that he has shown us ) Enjoy your time in Gods Country, and best wishes to Chris.
