October 7, 2008 - First few Great North Runners, Sunday 5th October 2008

The first few runners over the line on Sunday.

I’ve said it before and I’m sure I’ll say it again - but I’d love to know what kind of deal the Great Run people have pulled with the devil.  It is ALWAYS sunny.

Over the next few days I’ll post some more photos and put some on flickr too.  I only saw the start this year; next year I’ll get some pics on the Tyne Bridge.  Maybe the year after I’ll go to South Shields for the end - wouldn’t mean getting up so early which is a bonus!
