  Whilst I am all for a republic, contrary to what you think. They actually pay their way and make the UK money and quite a bit of it. Its called ‘Tourism’.

  People come from all over to gape at the pageantry, ancient customs, houses and the home of democracy.

  Whilst the UK is small, it punches above its weight, in most fields. If you look at the inventions, medicines et al you will surprised at how far the UK has been and still is ahead even with Royalty.
