To go along with Beth’s posting of the view from Starbucks last friday, here’s two shots of Central Station. The first was taken looking east in front of the Center for LIFE and the second was taken under the great arch also looking east towards St. Nicholas Cathedral, whose spire is lit up red by the setting sun.

While the cat is away, the mouse will play! Beth is taking a well-deserved week off and that means I have an entire week to myself! And i’ve decided to make it a special week and post TWO pictures everyday! So for the next seven days, there will be two pictures per post for you to enjoy! Let’s all wish Beth a very happy week off!

Very, VERY good! That’s my favourite time of day and those are two beautiful photos.
Yesss! I have lots of memories of Central Station at that time of the day. I remember arriving at the station at that time of day, after travelling from Kings Cross. I had just flown in from New Zealand. Sigh! Memories! Nostalgia… (or is that Nausea?) LOL!
I love them. especially the archway.
I agree, I really like NC Central, I feel so overwhelmed every time I get there from York! Well done. Ciao.
amazing the way St Nix Cathedral is lit there - good one!
