Another picture of the Sage Gateshead. I love the light gleaming reflected from the water. And it’s pretty different from the other pictures I’ve posted of the Sage, isn’t it?
The Sage is in Gateshead, but the pic is taken from the Newcastle side of the river.
More pictures on flickr. I’m still months and months behind.

I’m pleased that you clarified that you took it from Newcastle ;) you wouldn’t want to upset anyone would ya?!
Nice shot, too.
I love the new vs old aspect of this picture. Almost the rights of passage from the past - into the present and future of Newcastle!

I just love our Armourdilla (spelling) and call it the Slug. A great photo from any angle.
Dave - Beth never upsets anyone - she posts beautiful pictures taken anywhere in Tyneside.
I was just kidding Mrs K - sorry.
and thank you both. mrs k - glad you like the pic! And my tongue was firmly in my cheek when I mentioned the shot of a Gateshead building being taken from Ncl, as I suspect was Dave’s when he made his first comment :o)
Thanks a lot Beth,
You’re spot on: it was just a jokey comment bearing in mind all of what we said about Ncl and Gh recently.
Thanks Dave! Glad you like the shot. And after recent discussions I thought it best to clarify!!! :o)
Thanks Mike. I do the Old/New thing quite a bit, but this time wasn’t deliberate - sometimes it’s hard NOT to take pics with both the old and the new!
Listen you are both forgiven - anytime - just keep the comments coming and the jokes and photos.
I just love chipping in and when I can’t visit it takes me ages to catch up.
Bye the way, if you want to see batty old mrs K - go visit http://www.pmr-gca-northeast.org.uk
Good guessing game.
mmm… The Chair!
Thanks Mrs K :) always good to hear from you. I suspect I know who you are - thanks for the link!
Hi Mike!
