One of the worst aspects of the demolition process is the amount of ‘rats with wings’ that are in the area. I was sitting watching the demolition the other day,turned round and suddenly felt I was in an Alfred Hitchcock film! Horrible creatures.

They were, I suspect, here for ages before the word “Construction” was heard. I suspect they might be here long after our world ends. We could learn something from these critters. Nice photo of them too.
