about Tyneside Metro System. ... posted by Chris
Is there a conflict of interest when a cabbie post a photo of a mass transit alternative? I enjoyed the article about you in the newspaper.
I just looked up the definition of “park” ………..
a piece of open land for recreational use in an urban area : “they went for a walk in the park”. or
a large area of land preserved in its natural state as public property : “there are laws that protect the wildlife in this park” or
place temporarily : “park the car in the yard”
As Magpies are indeed wildlife they will therefore be protected whilst in the confines of the park. this obviously raises the question………
Why did St James have such an unhealthy interest in magpies?
I looked up magpie on wikipaedia, and found the following definitions:
‘Someone who collects things that have been discarded by others’; hmmm…..acquistions such as Kenny Dalglish, Andreas Anderson and Marcelino suggest this definition is satisfied
‘Black-and-white crow that utters a raucous chattering call’…..I think the frequently observed chants of Shearer, Shearer at the expiration of matchday licensing hours by generously portioned, kebab eating, middle aged should know betterers with the obligatory NUFC lycra attire suggests this requirement is also met.
‘Chatterer: an obnoxious and foolish and loquacious talker’ I was going to suggest ‘forgetful’ Bobby Robson for this one - a little harsh I know, but I guess the definition more accurately reflects those toon fans that still go on about winning silverware. Another box ticked!!

Hi chris:
That’s the club of my friend Nobby Solano, that was the club of the film GOAL, that was the club of the great Shearer. Are you a supporter of Newcastle ?
Greetings from Perú
Denton i don’t think Chris has to worry about the Metro being a threat to his new found employment especially after the hours of darkness, you’ve got more chance of a taxi turning up than the metro and it would probably be cheaper.
Sorry Chris are we turning your blog into a public forum, i know it’s about your photo’s but as you did say today it was a bit of a desperate pic and as you work alot of evenings now we can write what we want and it’ll be ages before you see it and delete us!
hope it’s going well and no one’s been sick in your cab yet.
Heva…………..Someone who is sick in a cab…………..kinda ironic really!
