Good composition Chris. Also, your explanation show a slight difference to the US. We would call these grocery charts. I am sure the function is the same and I’m pleased to see the warnings to help protect children. Shame you have to watch your purse but I guess that is universal.
Nice shot - I like the French name for these - chariots!
I also took a similar photo of grocery carts at my grocery store, but didn’t end up posting it. Glad someone did!
Your shot is the most original of today, I think. Congratulations! Here in Spian we call the trolleys “carritos”, very similar to the french word Ham has pointed.
This is what I love about theme day: you get to learn the different names for things all over the world. And it’s so much fun seeing what different ways people have of doing the theme. Great shot, Chris!
Great and interesting shot.
Regards
HI chris, just read your post ‘1000 jobs this week’ sorry to hear about the job situation. Good luck in finding a new one soon:)
I don’t want to talk about the world cup!!!
thanks for that info on the theme day first of the month - I’ve been so busy with work, my mind is elsewhere - this must be a big supermarket with all those foodcart! great artistic angle on the photo and something different from the other posts =)
In Guatemala, we call them carritos too. I always thought they were carts. I am glad is not the same all over the world. I like your photo composition very much.
Hey Chris, what are you doing up so early?
GREAT shot, Chris, nice angle and very creative
browsing back for the week i missed..and glad to have found this - well done, Chris!
