BLACKFRIARS is bang in the middle of one of the busiest party areas and Chinatown,right in the city centre.Built in 1250,by Franciscian Monks,with the city walls going through in 1262(foreground). After many years of wanting to knock it down,in 1974 the council finally decided to save it.Now housing craft shops and restaurants,it was re-opened in 1981 by the Queen Mother.Go here for TWO MORE VIEWS

I have discovered this webpage which is great. My memory is alive when saw the photo.So thanx my God that I was living there only afew months i rested sometimes on the bench.I miss there but very far from me:)is there anybody overthere please go to this nice place and rest then lets go to the salt and paper pizza across to the eldon square mall.
